The data from recent studies published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology showed that vitamin C reduces the risk of stroke. Researchers from Harvard School of Public Health believe that women who daily consume more than 360 mg of vitamin C within the group with lower risk. For them the possibility of developing cardiovascular disease is reduced by about 30%.
