Others argue that with the coming of spring is changing the gas composition of air. A third – do not have enough sunlight. It was during this part of the year most people reach for an additional source of vitamins – the different types of tablets and syrups. What to choose? Are Dangerous? Are contraindications?

The spring colds are less frequent than in the winter – at least it shows statistics. Many believe that the reason for this is spring fatigue, lack of sunlight and vitamins. But there is another more important reason – Spring viruses are much more active. And to overcome them successfully, we need to change their methods of protection. The air temperature of -3 to 5 degrees and high humidity typical of spring months are ideal conditions for respiratory viruses. Rino-viruses only (those who primarily produce fever) do not feel comfortable. However, even if they are able to live up to 3 hours on hands and various objects. Yet this is far less than vital period adeno-viruses example – at 4 degrees to 70 active days! Activity of influenza viruses and cold depends not only on temperature but also humidity. It was found that at room temperature flu virus is spreading most rapidly when the humidity is relatively low (20-35%) or relatively high (above 85%). At 50% humidity that reduces the activity of the virus. These facts confirm the well-known recommendations for frequent ventilation of the premises, the placing of air humidifiers and more often out in the fresh air. But everything changes when the air temperature 5 degrees. The virus becomes active in high humidity – ie in warm and wet spring weather. Here is what is due to the strong wave of the March “spring” flu.
