According to the results exported from the British team of the scientific conference in Glasgow last week, any food containing less carbohydrate is contraindicated for pregnant women. The scientists have observed a group of several hundred volunteers, who have been fed meat (about a pound a day) to avoid complications in pregnancy.<br />
During the survey it was found that the more meat eaten pregnant, the more it increases blood pressure, and the content of cortisol in the blood.<br />
&#8220;We have not yet finished with the final conclusion on how it affects the low level of cortisol on the health of pregnant women, but results so far highlight the need for careful choice of food but during pregnancy,&#8221; said Dr. Rebecca Reynolds, who led the study. This mistake is usually made from many women in pregnancy, who are taking eat for them and for the baby too. This is quite not healthy for them and for the baby.</p>
