Cinnamon or linseed in diabetes

Swedish researchers conducted an experiment among patients with diabetes, according to which cinnamon can help them feel better. Volunteers were divided into right groups. One is fed with rice pulp, with pulp and the other containing a few grams cinnamon. The results show that those consumed cinnamon, sugar levels after meals were significantly less compared with other groups. Exercise conclude that cinnamon slows the absorption of food and recommend it to patients with diabetes. Here nutritionists agree to some extent, but fails to note that this phenomenon is observed in some other products - groats, flax seed, fresh green vegetables. Anemia is a condition in which the content of hemoglobin in red blood cells is insufficient and the number of red blood cells, red corpuscles in blood volume units.
