Foods energyThe human body is very complex mechanism that reacts to everything – how we sleep, work, eat, etc. If you feel you lack power and need more energy, take note of our advice – even though every body is different, surely one of the recommendations will do a good job:
1. Stop sweet drinks: carbonated, juices, compote, tea / coffee with sugar. Use in clean drinking or mineral water. Sugary drinks contribute to the development of acidic conditions in the body and thus trigger the growth of fungi, bacteria and viruses.
2. Limit the usage of sugar. The reason is the same. Moreover, cells “prefer” simple carbohydrates that are contained in fruits and vegetables rather than complex, which are characteristic of food where there is sugar.
3. When you are excited or under stress, try to concentrate on your breathing. Take 10 deep breaths. Inhale through your nose and exhale through the mouth. Normalized breathing, and will help keep your immune system as it reacts to any change in breathing.
4. Sporting at least 30 minutes every day. This may be even a simple walk, but will help the body to enter into fitness, burn more calories and improve metabolism, and discard the unnecessary and acquire better practical.
