Vitamins good for eyesight
The Eye diseases in the body needs particularly of vitamins A, B and C, ie “Classic” multi-vitamin antioxidants + C. That is why proper nutrition is to keep the eyes and the maintenance of their functions must include myself in products in which these vitamins are in greater quantity.

Positively affect the blood vessels of the eyes and apricots in any form: fresh, dried or juice. They retain their unique properties by mixing with sugar (1chasha sugar 1 cup blueberries). In winter can be stored in the refrigerator.
