<strong>Misconception 1: Eating at night leads to weight gain.</strong><br />
In practice, there are prerequisites for claims that eating at night leads to weight gain. According to German experts, quoted by Reuters, however, claims that the late evening is the enemy number one slender figure are exaggerated. More than 10 years they have watched over 7000 people and their eating habits and come to conclusions that are not time consuming food and its calorific value is of utmost importance. Therefore, if indeed in the late hours of eating high calorie food to gain weight, but not if you dine with a light meal.<br />
<span id="more-621"></span><strong>Misconception 2: The negative emotions should be avoided completely.</strong><br />
In fact, negative emotions are just as needed by the body as positive. Of course, it is good they are in limited quantities, but to have them. Most gracious are those negative conditions that are caused by the fact that the work we have done, has not brought the expected results. In moments such negative attitudes can act as an incentive for more targeted and effective action.<br />
<strong>Misconception 3: Another popular, but the misconception is that the hot and spicy food harmful to the stomach.</strong><br />
A group of U.S. scientists, however, refute this claim after a series of experiments. During one part of them volunteers consumed sore spicy and the other part &#8211; a certain stage of trying drank aspirin tablets. The results showed that people taking aspirin, there was partial damage to the gastric mucosa. For others who gambled on a spicy, lesions were found.</p>

On the first day is limited to eating. It is better to abstain entirely from food. Rather juices, water or tea can be drank without any restrictions. In the evening of that difficult day, remember to make breakfast for the next: 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal, soaked in cold water. You can add raisins or honey. The banana is suitable dessert. After breakfast, take care of your dinner. Pour half cup of rice with water. Do the same with a few dried apricots. For lunch you can eat any vegetable salad, but necessarily with a spoon vegetable oil. Then Stewed fish with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables without salt.<br />
Before dinner pour water from the rice and boil it in new water. When ready, add the apricots. For dinner &#8211; so. During the day you can drink water, tea or juices without sugar, but without restrictions.<br />
