In the western world, yoga is considered a kind of physical exercise and east &#8211; the way of relaxation, a better understanding of perception and positive mental outlook. Study participants regularly practiced yoga for 10 weeks. The second and ninth week of the experiment they were tested by a standard method were assessed their level of concentration, motivation and anxiety. American experts determined the results as &#8220;surprising contrast with its&#8221; yoga sessions with significant influence of attention and ability to concentrate, improving them in times.<br />
<span id="more-169"></span>When all participants have been found to reduce the level of concern, and their motivations for achieving different goals visibly increased, reports New York Times.</p>
