Aspirin can be dangerous passion
Already in 1899 the company “Bayer started production of the preparation called” Aspirin “- and anti-inflammatory analgesic for the removal of the temperature. For more than a century, scientists have discovered many different uses of this drug, which makes it truly unique in the history of pharmacy. Currently each year the world consumed more than 40 000 tonnes of this drug. But despite a solid age, aspirin is still fraught with very secret. Its mechanism of action is sufficiently complex and not fully studied. Like any other drug, it may not be safe in use and improper dosage, not in line with the recommendations. Aspirin is approaching in analgesic activity to drugs. He has some psychoactive effect. Many people taking aspirin associated with dizziness, tinnitus, hearing loss, visual disturbances, skin, noses, gastrointestinal and uterine bleeding. Few know that the lethal dose of aspirin for humans is only 30-40 grams, and for children – 10. However, this is acid! Research shows that the incidence of gastric damage in volunteers receiving aspirin for 7 consecutive days was 22%. The danger lies in the fact that negative effects may not occur immediately and at first glance the impression seeming to improve the condition and safety of the adoption of the preparation.
