<strong>Monday </strong>Breakfast: 200 g curd cheese with honey, 1 toast, 1 banana. Lunch: 200 g kale (which may be sour), 50 g fruit. Afternoon snack: carrot. Dinner: boiled potatoes, 3 tomatoes.<br />

<strong>Friday </strong>Breakfast: 150 g yoghurt 150 g fruit. Lunch: 50 g oat kernels. Afternoon snack: 100 g boiled potatoes with oil fields. Dinner: 250 g of grilled fish, 250 g spinach.<br />
<strong>Saturday </strong>Breakfast: 150 g oat kernels, 1 boiled potato. Lunch: 100 g chicken meat and 50 g spinach. Afternoon snack: 1 banana or 1 coconut. Dinner: 1 boiled potato and 150 g mushroom.<br />
<strong>Sunday </strong>Breakfast: 50 g barley mash, 1 Freshly squeezed juice and 1 toast. Lunch: fruit. Afternoon snack: sweet dessert (no more than 100 g). Dinner: vegetable stew portion</p>
