Researchers believe that cranberries in most assist the development of mental abilities in humans. They contain large amounts of antioxidants which interact with free radicals of oxygen. These radicals produce cholesterol, which is not only harmful to the cardiovascular system, but is guilty and the deterioration of memory, and locomotor system with age. Studies have shown that a diet with a major component of cranberry, resulting in improved memory and a more balanced work of bones.
Second after the red bush blueberries rank. They possess the same properties as cranberries, but they are antioxidants less. By contrast, however, when the bush has substances that improve vision.
Third place and split the beet cabbage. Substances contained in these vegetables, destroy enzymes, which largely led to the development of Alzheimer’s disease and lower cognitive functions.
