white bread heartIsraeli cardiologists have found that white bread and other products with high content of carbohydrates are harmful not only to the figure, but for the heart. They lead to distention of the arteries due to shoulder high glycemic index, and elasticity of arteries, as is known, is an important indicator of healthy heart. According to scientists, the sharp expansion of the walls of arteries INVOLVE negative consequences of various diseases and sudden death. It therefore should be limited to the use of white bread, maize products, potatoes, sweet fizzy drinks. Instead, medical advise to focus on oat kernels, legumes, nuts, fruits and vegetables – products with low glycemic index. These products will protect and heart and figure.
