The results of a survey of U.S. experts, however, show exactly the opposite - in fact, morning snack helps young people to remain weak, reported Reuters and the BBC. Data from 5-year study comprising teenagers in 2216, indicates that those who have gaps breakfast weighing about 2.3 kilograms more than their peers who have breakfast regularly. Researchers from the University found that adolescents who snack, accruing more calories, but on the other are more active and spend, and in general their way of life is healthier. Experts are of the opinion that any kind of breakfast is good, provided it is not donut with chocolate couverture. Recommended, however, are whole products. “Ultimately, it is better for teenagers eat whatever, than to not put anything in your mouth,” says Mark Pereira, head of research. Experts note that 25% of young people in the U.S. and especially adolescent girls miss breakfast because they think that if you eat the morning and will increase weight.
